Planning made accessible

Know Where You Stand.
Plan Where You Want to Go.

A simple planning platform that helps businesses understand where they are, define where they want to go, and turn their goals into measurable action, without needing a strategy department.

The problem

Running a Business Without a Plan Is Still a Plan, Just an Unpredictable One.

Many SMEs aren't unmanaged. They have goals, budgets, projects, meetings, KPIs and people working hard. The problem is that these pieces are rarely connected.

  • StrategyPowerPoint
  • BudgetExcel
  • ProjectsProject software
  • EmployeesHR software
  • KPIsA BI dashboard
  • TasksEmails and meetings

The result: a company with lots of activity, but limited alignment.

  • • Conflicting priorities
  • • Decisions based on urgency, not importance
  • • Poor visibility
  • • Repeated meetings
  • • Unclear accountability
  • • Resources spent on low-priority work
  • • Strategy disconnected from daily work
  • • Problems discovered too late

The problem isn't lack of effort. It's lack of alignment.

Why planning matters for SMEs

Planning Isn't Corporate Bureaucracy. It's How Growing Businesses Stay in Control.

When a company is small, the founder understands almost everything. Then more people join, more customers appear, more projects start, more money is invested and more decisions are delegated. Complexity grows faster than visibility.

  1. Growth
  2. Complexity
  3. Need for structure
  4. Planning

Planning doesn't mean predicting the future perfectly. It means understanding where you are, deciding what matters, allocating resources accordingly, and measuring whether you're moving the right way.

A rider crosses a clearing between tall pines: a clear path through a lot of complexity

You Know Planning Matters. But Who Has Time to Build the Planning Department?

  • “We don't have a strategy team.”
  • “We don't know where to start.”
  • “Strategic planning feels complicated.”
  • “Consultants are expensive.”
  • “Our managers don't have planning experience.”
  • “Our plans end up in PowerPoint.”
  • “We already have too many spreadsheets.”

That's exactly why we built it.

Your company shouldn't have to become an expert in planning. The platform provides the structure.

How it works

Planning, Without the Complexity.

Our platform turns professional planning methodology into a guided, practical management process.

What PlanFra does today

Everything You Need to Understand Your Business and Plan Its Numbers.

These tools are working in the platform now. Each one feeds the next, so the plan is built from your real structure and your real value chains.

  • Company structure

Companies, departments and sub-departments (profit and cost centres), positions and who reports to whom. See it as a department chart, a mixed chart with positions, or a people chart.

  • People, without the paperwork

Register people from an Excel template, or send a link so employees fill in their own details. Your Super User reviews before anything is saved.

  • Chart of accounts

Download a template with suggested accounts, upload yours, review and confirm. Every cost and revenue in the plan is mapped to an account.

  • Staff cost by country and tier

Salary, other costs, training and bonus per tier and country. Give each position a location and a tier and its yearly cost is worked out for you.

  • Your own currency

Choose the main currency you report in and enter exchange rates by hand, or pull them from XE.com. Everything is converted for you.

  • Authority matrix

Set approval limits for every position on every account, and define your own non-financial decision topics with levels from Recommend to Final Authority. Vacant positions pass authority up.

  • Value chains

Start from one of 35 business-model templates or build your own. Steps with the department responsible, grouped into main activities, with a saved version of every change.

  • Value chain economics

Enter cost and revenue per unit on each step, then see where cost and revenue sit and the gross margin of every step and group.

  • Strength analysis

Mark every step on human resources, funds, technology, management, planning and agility. Get a strength percentage per step, per group and for the whole chain.

  • Volume plan and KPIs

Type next year's volume (for example 85,000 metric tons) and see total revenue, total cost and gross profit.

  • Initiatives with cost and time

Turn weak spots into initiatives with an owner department, an implementation cost and the months needed. See gross profit after initiative costs.

  • My Plan: your profit and loss

Income, value chain cost, staff, rent, utilities and asset maintenance, down to net profit, by department, with every line linked to its source and a CSV export.

Control who sees what. A client's Super User manages the team and sees the whole company. Other users get Viewer, Editor or Full Control on each department, and see only their own.

Our story

We Believe Planning Shouldn't Be a Privilege of Large Corporations.

Every entrepreneur starts with an idea. As the company grows, that idea becomes people, customers, departments, projects, investments, targets and responsibilities. Eventually intuition alone is no longer enough, but building a strategy department or hiring expensive consultants isn't realistic for every company.

That's why we created PlanFra: to give every business the structure, visibility and discipline to plan professionally.

Our mission: make better planning accessible to every business.

PlanFra is a product of Creative Partner Consulting.

You Already Know Your Business. Now Give It a Plan.

You don't need to become a planning expert. You need a system that turns what you already know into clear priorities, measurable objectives and coordinated action.

Know Where You Stand. Plan Where You Want to Go.
